Non-refundable deposit for party of up to 4 guests.  Balance of $20/person (less deposit) due at class.  Active class is for 1-hr and includes 30 minutes before and after class for socializing in the Shafran Herbals Lounge.  A Waiver and a Fitness In-take form must be submitted by all guests prior to class to ensure safety of all.  Price includes any disposible cups, plates, silverware and napkins.  Please specify class difficulty level desired and note any special physical concerns of any guests. Wear workout clothes, athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. We have sweat towels.
